In full compliance with our Association Loi 1901 public benefit mandate, every event listed on this official civic schedule is open to all community members without cost, commercial reservation fees, or VIP ticketing. Our funding is secured through municipal partnership conventions, departmental cultural subsidies, and active membership dues, ensuring that no citizen is excluded due to economic hardship.
Whether attending as an appreciative audience member, enrolling a child in an elementary workshop, or joining our adult instrumental circles, you are warmly invited to participate. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority access reserved for elderly citizens and persons with reduced mobility.

Spring Season 2026: Acoustic Resurgence & School Showcases
Open Discovery: Acoustic String & Wind Atelier
Location: Salle Polyvalente Municipale, Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée.

Description: Free public performance featuring our visiting string quartet alongside students from our primary school immersion module. The program features maritime melodies from the Atlantic coast, baroque chamber selections, and choral pieces composed by community members.
Summer Season 2026: Rural Tournée & Village Squares
Fête de la Musique: Civic Acoustic Marathon
Location: Place de l'Église & Village Green, Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée.
Audience: Universal community participation.
Description: A full day of non-commercial acoustic music celebrating the national festival of music. Featuring consecutive performances by the community brass ensemble, our intergenerational choir, youth guitar ensembles, and open acoustic jam circles where any resident can bring an instrument and join in.
Rural Heritage Chamber Music Residency
Location: Fouras, Breuil-Magné, Port-des-Barques, and Saint-Laurent.
Audience: Rural residents, summer youth camps, community centers.
Description: Two weeks of mobile daily workshops and pop-up acoustic serenades in historic heritage sites. Visiting professional musicians offer daily masterclasses for amateur instrumentalists and nightly sunset concerts in village courtyards.
Autumn Season 2026: Academic Immersion & Heritage Days
European Heritage Days: Acoustic History Walks
Location: Historical sites throughout Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée.
Audience: History enthusiasts, walking groups, community families.
Description: Guided acoustic walking routes connecting historical heritage markers (ancient windmills, traditional washhouses, coastal wetlands). At each station, acoustic musicians perform period-accurate French renaissance and regional traditional compositions.
Annual General Assembly & Public Deliberation
Location: Registered Headquarters, 67 Rue de la Bouillerie, Saint-Laurent.
Audience: Association members, volunteers, municipal observers.
Description: Sovereign annual meeting to review audited financial statements, examine project milestone achievements, deliberate on 2027 program allocations, and elect executive bureau representatives.
Practical Information for Workshop Attendees
To make participation as seamless and enjoyable as possible, our coordination team has established straightforward operational guidelines:
- Zero Experience Required: Beginners are warmly welcomed at all introductory workshops. Our patient volunteer mentors adapt their teaching to each participant's natural pace.
- Instruments Provided: If you do not own an instrument, our discovery inventory provides clean, tuned instruments on loan during all sessions at zero cost.
- Accessibility Accommodations: All municipal venues utilized for our events are wheelchair accessible and equipped with accessible facilities. If you require specialized accommodations, please notify our team in advance.
- Family Accompaniment: Parents and guardians are invited to observe children's workshops from designated seating areas, fostering positive family engagement.
